Standard Shipping

Most items ship within 24-72 hours. Orders placed after 3pm est will be processed the next business day. Unless otherwise noted, all orders over $50 will ship for free to any US based destination in the continental United States.

Expedited Shipping

Lower 48 States

Free Shipping on all orders over $50 for standard shipping

Alaska & Hawaii

While we do offer shipping to both Alaska & Hawaii addresses there will be an additional fee for doing so. Before your order is shipped you will be sent a shipping approval request via email. Once you approve your shipping quote we will release your order for shipping.

Canadian Shoppers

We offer shipping to the following Canadian Provinces; Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta, British Columbia & SK. A small processing fee will be added to your order at checkout. All taxes & duties associated with your order are paid for at the time of delivery or sent by the carrier to you for payment.

International Shoppers

Please contact customer support for shipping costs to your destination. Kindly include the item, size and your address in your request. Be advised, all importation costs associated with shipping the item to you will be your responsibility. All our prices posted are in USD. International orders are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once placed. Email for shipping costs.

Flight Shipments

Over-sized items that are too large or heavy for standard ground shipment will ship LTL Freight. These are typically area rugs over 8'6" x 12 in size or larger rolls of runner. Please note that you must provide accurate contact information in your order so the freight carriers can schedule a time and date to deliver your merchandise. Our freight service includes delivery of the item to the address only. The items delivered via LTL will not be hand carried into the home, lobby or any other area. If you approve additional services from the carrier that are not covered under standard delivery service, you will receive an invoice. These services are for example, but not limited to; liftgate requests, carrying the delivery into your home or any other request that is beyond the scope of a standard delivery. You should make arrangements to have assistance carrying the rugs into your home, up stairs, in elevators etc. If you cannot make these types of arrangements please call for white glove service options. Please fully inspect your freight delivery before signing for it. By signing you are acknowledging that the item is free of damage caused by the carrier and therefore could prevent a subsequent damage claim from being filed on your behalf. If you discover damage after the delivery has been made, please notify us the day of delivery via email at . Failure to do so will likely result in a claim denial from the carrier.
