We offer free shipping* on orders shipped to the following Canadian Provinces : Alberta, Ontario, New Brunswick, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Quebec & British Columbia.
All Taxes & Duties are the responsibility of the customer. We will not impose any fees at the time of checkout. All importation charges are collected by the delivery company and are non-negotiable. ** There may be a surcharge on rugs over 9 ft wide. If this charge would apply, we would contact you after the order is placed. We can give you an estimate on the import fees but the actual fees could differ. Please note their will also be an additional non-refundable handling fee on every item shipping to Canada. The fee will be displayed to you prior to checkout.

Over-sized items that are too large or heavy for standard ground shipment will ship LTL Freight.These are typically area rugs over 9 x 12 in size or larger rolls of runner. Please note that you must provide accurate contact information in your order so the freight carriers can schedule a time and date to deliver your merchandise. Freight Shipments are larger than normal sizes area rugs. Our freight service includes delivery of the item to the address only. The items delivered via LTL will not be hand carried into the home or any other area. You should be able to or make arrangements to have assistance carrying the rugs into your home, up stairs, in elevators etc. If you cannot make these types of arrangements please call for white glove service options. Please fully inspect your freight delivery before signing for it. By signing you are acknowledging that the item is free of damage caused by the carrier and therefore could prevent a subsequent damage claim from being filed on your behalf. If you discover damage after the delivery has been made, please notify us within 3 business days via email of your damage. Failure to do so will likely result in a denied claim.
