I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR MY GORGEOUS, SAVAFIEH, CHELSEA, RED FLORAL HANDHOOKED WOOL RUG! THIS RUG GIVES MY HOUSE A NEW SPRING LOOK, WILL GO WITH ANY DECOR DUE TO THE SEVERAL BRIGHT ACCENT COLORS OF PEACH, BLUE, GREEN, WHITE, BROWN, AND OF COURSE THE VERY TRUE RED OF THE BACKGROUND. IT IS NOT A "WINE" OR "BURGUNDY' COLOR SO MANY "RED" RUGS ARE, NOR IS IT GARISH. THE PHOTOS AS WELL ON PAYLESS SITE, GIVE THE MOST ACCURATE, BEST VIEW, COLOR, OF ANY SITE I SAW, (AND CHECKED DOZENS), THOUGH I ALREADY KNEW HOW THIS RUG LOOKED AS HAD PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER SITE, THOUGH NEEDED ANOTHER ONE TO COMPLETE MY HOME. AS USUAL IT SEEMS, THE PREVIOUS RETAILER WAS OUT OF STOCK AFTER MY FIRST PURCHASE, LEAVING ME WITH ONLY A HALF DECORATED LIVING ROOM. THE OTHER RETAILER WAS TO HAVE MORE RUGS IN AT THE END OF MAY, POSSIBLY. AS WE ALL KNOW, BUYING A LARGE ITEM, HEAVY, AND EXPENSIVE, SEEMS A REAL GAMBLE AS IF IT DOESN'T LOOK GOOD, AN EXPENSIVE PAIN TO SEND BACK, (AND HEAVY, AWKWARD), WHICH IS WHY I ONLY ORDERED ONE RUG THE FIRST TIME.

SO PAYLESS, NICOLAS, SAVED THE DAY, MY LIVING ROOM, FOR ME. I WAS VERY SKEPTICAL ABOUT PAYLESS'S "MAKE AN OFFER", AND PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE, THOUGH GAVE IT A TRY AS THE OTHER RETAILER WAS SLIGHTLY LESS IN PRICE, (AND OUT OF STOCK). SURE ENOUGH, AS SOON AS I SUBMITTED MY OFFER, REQUEST FOR PRICE MATCH, "NICOLAS" CALLED ME, LITERALLY WITHIN A MINUTE OF SUBMISSION, (AND I WAS LEAVING FOR THE HOSPITAL!). HE CHECKED THE MANUFACTURER WHILE I WAS ON THE LINE TO SEE IF IT WAS IN STOCK, (AND IT WAS, STRANGE THE OTHER RETAILER COULDN'T GET).

HE MATCHED THE PRICE OF THE OTHER RETAILER, SO UNUSUAL SINCE THIS WAS OUT OF STOCK, THAT PAYLESS WOULD EVEN MATCH THE PRICE. HE TOOK MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY, AND WITHIN A WEEK I HAD MY BEAUTIFUL MATCHING RUG! WITH FREE SHIPPING NO LESS!

I HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THIS OTHER RETAILER BEFORE, HAVING ORDERED ANOTHER RUG FROM THEM, WHERE THE COLOR WAS DISTORTED ON THEIR IMAGE, AND THEIR "MIDDLEMAN", ANOTHER STRICTLY RUG SELLER, WAS HORRIBLE, RUDE, WASTED HOURS OF MY TIME, IN JUST TRYING TO RETURN THIS ITEM, WHERE THE COLORS WERE WAY OFF.
