If an item has the link “sample it” in the description, most cases it qualifies for this unique promotion. If you are unsure if your rug qualifies, feel free to contact us. Here's how it works: Let’s say you want a very large rug (6 x 9 or larger) but you are not quite sure the colors will work and do not want to worry about wasting time & money sending back a large heavy rug. We have the solution. Simply ask to participate in our sample program and we will send you the smallest stock size the rug is available in, usually a 2 x 3. The sample ships to you free and you are not charged to have this item come to your home. You have 7 days to review the rug and decide if this is a piece that will work for you in a larger size. Your only responsibility is to ship the sample back to the address given by PaylessRugs.com. Typically shipping costs are in the $10-$15 range.* Note: Samples should be ordered if you are unsure of color, quality or feel of the rug. Because the size is smaller than what you will eventually purchase designs may not be adjusted to scale. You MUST call us to acquire proper return authorization numbers and instructions. DO NOT return the rug sample without this number and proper return addresses. Items must be returned in first quality condition free of stains or non manufacturer defects. Please keep your original packaging for the returning of the sample. If you are interested in a size smaller than a 6 x 9 please inquire about our NO RISK policy on smaller rugs.
